All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Warehouse & Billing Assistant for an immediate opening with a production company in Kent, WA (near Ikea). We’re looking for a detail oriented individual with strong analytical and customer service skills to greet and direct truck drivers and assist with billing. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong working relationships with others and maintain reliable attendance. This is an entry level, full time, temp to hire opportunity with a flexible schedule and training provided.

 

Pay for the Warehouse & Billing Assistant:

  • $18 – $22 per hour

 

Job Location:

  • Kent, WA: Located just off Hwy 167. It’s 6 minutes from Ikea and 7 minutes from WinCo
  • Bus line accessible: Located within a 10-minute walk to the nearest King County Metro bus stop (Route 153)
  • Conveniently located near plenty of restaurant and grocery options by Ikea and WinCo

 

Schedule for the Warehouse & Billing Assistant:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 7am – 3:30pm
  • Flexible schedule

Warehouse & Billing Assistant Duties:

  • Communicate with a variety of individuals via phone & email
  • Provide a professional customer service experience and monitor customer satisfaction
  • Work with customers to resolve problems
  • Greet and direct truck drivers
  • Enter purchase order data into an electronic system
  • Review pricing, documentation and account details for accuracy
  • Update and maintain accurate transaction and account records
  • Authorize payments and maintain receipts, records and inventory
  • Process, print, and post reports
  • Organize and maintain files

 

Warehouse & Billing Assistant Qualifications:

  • Customer service, purchasing, or related customer-facing experience is a plus
  • Must be able to provide a positive customer service experience and build productive working relationships with others
  • 10 Key proficiency is required
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must have strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills to extract data, draw conclusions, and work strategically with other departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Project)
  • ERP and/or Unix experience is a plus
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Must be able to maintain regular attendance
