All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator for an immediate opening with a freight company in Seatac, WA. We’re looking for someone with previous forklift experience and strong attention to detail. Build your experience in this full time, swing shift opportunity!
Pay for the Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator:
- $25 – $27 per hour
Job Location:
- Seatac, WA
- Bus line accessible
Schedule for the Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator:
- Swing shift: 6pm – 1am
- Temporary assignment
Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator Duties:
- Track cargo delivery & freight pick-up
- Weigh-in and document freight quantity
- Screen cargo and attach labels
- Operate a forklift to load and unload cargo
- Provide a strong customer service experience
- Check the status of shipments upon departure, layover and arrival
- Perform warehouse walkthroughs and check equipment
- Identify and report problems with shipment tracking
- Assist with building freight
- Maintain a neat and clean work area
Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- Must have prior forklift experience
- Must be able to communicate & work with others in a professional manner, including other employees, management, customers, and vendors
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Able to understand & adhere to existing company & TSA guidelines & procedures
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
