All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Truss Production Associate for an immediate opening with a building supply company in Bainbridge Island, WA (near Wing Point Golf Club & Bainbridge Island Museum of Art). We’re looking for someone with good communication skills to help assemble pre-fabricated trusses. Training available! Must be able to maintain regular attendance. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room to grow your career! Multiple openings available.
Pay for the Truss Production Associate:
- $20 per hour
Job Location:
- Bainbridge Island, WA, near Wing Point Golf Club & Bainbridge Island Museum of Art, just off Hwy 305
- Bus line accessible: The job site is just a 7-10-minute walk from the nearest Kitsap Transit stops (Routes 333, 390, 93 & 106)
- Conveniently located near McDonalds, local restaurants like Bene Pizza, Walgreens, and just a short drive away from Safeway
Schedule for the Truss Production Associate:
- Monday – Friday
- Day shift: 9am – 6pm
- Some OT required

Truss Production Associate Duties:
- Assist with assembly of prefabricated trusses
- Prep materials for Sawyers
- Work with cut wood
- Bind orders with plastic
- Label orders with spray paint
- Communicate with shipping/receiving
Truss Production Associate Qualifications:
- Must have good communication skills
- Familiar with using hand tools, including hammer, tape measure, and box knife
- Wear steel toed composite boots & personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be comfortable working both undercover and in the weather
