All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Print Production Assistant for an immediate opening on the night shift with a packaging company in Auburn, WA (near Auburn Memorial Stadium). We’re looking for someone with prior experience working with printing press equipment to mount printing plates and precisely match individual work orders. Reliability is key – this client values a stable work history and proven experience with long shifts. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity with room to grow – this company prefers to promote from within!
Pay for the Print Production Assistant:
- $22 per hour during training on the day shift
- $22 + $1.50 shift differential on the night shift, once training is complete
- Quarterly production bonus
- OT bonus program ($100 bonus per OT shift)
- Attendance incentives
Job Location:
- Auburn, WA, near Auburn High School and Auburn Memorial Stadium
- Bus line accessible: The job site is just a 9-minute walk from the nearest King County Metro stop (Route 160)
- Conveniently located near a grocery store
Schedule for the Print Production Assistant:
- Night shift (training during day shift)
- 7pm – 7am, on a rotating schedule
- OT opportunities available (plus OT bonus!)

Print Production Assistant Duties:
- Mount printing plates with special attention to accurate alignment to precisely match individual job orders
- Identify and work to resolve printing problems and inconsistencies
Print Production Assistant Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with printing plates (or similar) is preferred
- Must have strong attention to detail to accurately align printing plates to precisely match individual work orders
- Must be able to read accurate measurements on a tap measure and ruler
- Able to read and follow job orders in English
- Prior experience working in a production environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
