All StarZ Staffing is hiring an Office Manager for an immediate opening with a water company in Camano, WA (near Cama Beach Historical State Park). We’re looking for an experienced manager to oversee daily accounting tasks, including payroll and invoicing. Prior accounting experience preferred. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

 

Pay for the Office Manager:

  • $32 per hour

 

Job Location:

  • Camano, WA, near Lost Lake and Cama Beach Historical State Park
  • Bus line accessible: The job site is just a 1-minute walk from the West Camano Shuttle / Island Transit stop 1C
  • Conveniently located near CamOcean Coffee Co

 

Schedule for the Office Manager:

  • Monday – Friday
  • Day shift: 8am – 3pm

Office Manager Duties:

  • Oversee daily accounting tasks, including payroll processing, invoicing, and financial record keeping
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure accurate billing processes
  • Maintain office supplies, manage office equipment, and ensure a smooth, efficient work environment

 

Office Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
  • Skilled in QuickBooks Pro Plus, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily office tasks and communication
  • Data entry and 10-key experience preferred
  • Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and resolve customer issues
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Capable of maintaining confidential information and must be bondable for Notary Public Commission and CWA Insurance
  • Must have good attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High School education or equivalent
