Now Hiring a Mechanical / Small Part Assembler in Renton, WA

All StarZ Staffing is hiring an Assembler / Production Associate for an immediate opening with an espresso machine company in Renton, WA (located near Uwajimaya). We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail and prior mechanical assembly experience to assemble high end espresso machines. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity with full benefits.

 

Pay for the Assembler / Production Associate:

  • Up to $30 per hour

 

Job Location:

  • Renton, WA: Located just off Hwy 405 & Hwy 167, and just a 4 minute drive from Renton Village and Uwajimaya
  • Bus line accessible: Located within a 5-minute walk of the nearest King County Metro bus stops (RapidRide F Line & Route 153)
  • Conveniently located near a variety of dining options and grocery stores

 

Schedule for the Assembler / Production Associate:

  • Monday – Friday
  • Day shift

Assembler / Production Associate Duties:

  • Fabricate & assemble mechanical parts
  • Use hand tools, including a screw/drill gun
  • Solder metal joints
  • Read and follow blueprints and written instructions (including drawings)
  • Maintain product inventory at workstations
  • Check work for quality and identify product defects
  • Rework/repair assembly work to meet specs
  • Complete documentation

 

Assembler / Production Associate Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years mechanical assembly experience
  • Must have strong attention to detail for accurate assembly work
  • Must have good problem solving skills
  • Must be able to read accurate measurements with a ruler
  • Must be able to read blueprints and written assembly instructions, including drawings and diagrams
  • Basic computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to maintain regular attendance
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
