All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Hotel Front Desk Agent for the night shift with a hotel in Seatac, WA. You’ll register and assist hotel guests. Previous experience is a plus. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity.
Pay for the Hotel Front Desk Agent:
- $17.54 per hour
Location:
- Seatac, WA
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 10:00pm – 6:00am
Hotel Front Desk Agent Duties:
- Register and assign rooms to guests
- Confirm phone and online reservations
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
- Collect payment from departing guests
- Maintain guest & room records
- Communicate guest information as needed while maintaining guest confidentiality
- Maintain a clean & sanitary environment in the lobby & public areas
Hotel Front Desk Agent Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
