Pay for the Guest Support Staff:
- $18 per hour
Location:
- Bremerton, WA
- Bus line accessible
Schedule for the Guest Support Staff:
- Monday – Friday
- Swing & Night Shifts available
Guest Support Staff Duties:
- General shelter oversight
- Facilitate guest intake & screening
- Light cleaning of common areas and guest rooms
- Maintain guest and unit documentation
- Provide direct support and encouragement to shelter guests using a trauma-informed approach
- Perform maintenance and safety checks & request repairs as needed
- Perform monthly safety drills
Guest Support Staff Qualifications:
- Able to maintain confidential information in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Must maintain a professional attitude with peers, staff, volunteers, and guests in a variety of situations
- Able to collaborate and communicate with a variety of individuals
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
