All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Tech for an immediate opening with a community association in Lacey, WA (near Costco). We’re looking for someone with maintenance and/or landscaping experience to perform routine maintenance in a welcoming community atmosphere. This is a part-time, temporary role with potential to become a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.
Pay for the Facilities Maintenance Tech:
- $23 per hour
Job Location:
- Lacey, WA, near Costco and the Billy Frank Jr Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge right off I-5
- Bus line accessible: The job site is just a 6-minute walk from the nearest Intercity transit stop (Route 65)
- Conveniently located near local restaurants along Martin Way E
Schedule for the Facilities Maintenance Tech:
- Day shift
- Tuesday – Friday 5:30am – 9:30am
- Saturday 8am – 4:30pm

Facilities Maintenance Tech Duties:
- Perform daily maintenance and landscape inspections
- Perform repairs for the association office building
- Clean the swimming pool & spa, and perform testing (CPO training available)
- Maintain and repair the irrigation system
Facilities Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping and/or repair experience is a plus!
- Proven ability to provide a positive customer service experience and build positive working relationships with others
- Able to maintain a professional appearance with customers
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong attention to detail and an ability to analyze information and draw conclusions
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
