All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Associate for an immediate opening with local truck repair shop in Tukwila, WA (near Boeing & the Museum of Flight). We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail who can provide a positive customer service experience. Prior customer service experience working with small parts is preferred. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity.
Pay for the Customer Service Associate:
- $23 – $25 per hour depending on experience
Job Location:
- Tukwila, WA: Located just off Hwy 99, near the Museum of Flight & Boeing, and under 10 minutes from Southcenter Mall
- Bus line accessible: The Tukwila International Boulevard Station is only a 15-minute bus ride away
Schedule for the Customer Service Associate:
- Monday – Friday
- Day shift: 8am – 5pm

Customer Service Associate Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist clients and visitors
- Relay communications from customers to mechanics
- Deliver a positive customer service experience
- Perform general admin support, including filing, typing, copying and scanning
- Working with live inventory
Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- Must have strong attention to detail for accurate filing & documentation
- Must be able to communicate with a variety of individuals in a positive and professional manner
- Must be able to provide a positive customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience working with parts required
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
