All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Rep for an immediate opening with a transportation company in Lakewood, WA. We’re looking for someone with at least a year of prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with high call volume preferred. Pay for the Customer Service Representative:
- $19.00 per hour
Location:
- Lakewood, WA
- Bus line accessible
Schedule:
- 3-4 Month temporary assignment
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Schedule rides via telephone or TDD, and document trip requests in an automated scheduling system
- Resolve service problems with customers and dispatch officers
- Communicate with a variety of individuals, including customers and dispatch personnel
- Prepare driver manifests
- Perform data entry and log customer feedback
- Place and receive phone calls
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with heavy phone volume preferred
- Must be familiar with general office equipment, including computers
- Must be able to communicate with a variety of individuals in person and on the phone
- Must be able to maintain a professional attitude while working with customers to resolve problems
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
- High school diploma or equivalent
