All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Case Manager for an immediate opening with a non-profit housing organization in Federal Way, WA. We’re looking for an experienced case manager to assist individuals with housing and employment. This is a full-time, contact opportunity.
Pay for the Case Manager:
- $25.50 per hour
Job Location:
- Federal Way, WA
- Bus line accessible
Schedule for the Case Manager:
- Monday – Friday
- 8am – 5pm
- Some evenings & weekends
Case Manager Duties:
- Screen applicants for intake services
- Apply a client-centered, trauma informed approach while assisting clients
- Assist clients in planning and evaluating their housing and employment needs
- Mediate conflicts and disputes, including reporting any incidents
- Monitor client progress and ensure they adhere to program guidelines
Case Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of case management experience working with vulnerable populations
- Experience conducting motivational interviewing, practicing trauma-informed care, and progressive engagement models
- Experience assisting individuals with stability/housing planning preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA and state & federal regulations preferred
- Must be able to communicate with a variety of individuals
- Must be able to maintain a professional and compassionate attitude with clients experiencing crisis
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to maintain regular attendance
